The invention provides a pulse ablation system. The pulse ablation system comprises an ablation catheter, an attaching detection module, a main control module and a partition discharging module. The ablation catheter comprises a plurality of ablation electrodes which are distributed at intervals and electrically insulated from one another. The attaching detection module is used for detecting the attaching degree between the multiple ablation electrodes and the target tissue. The main control module is used for determining a target ablation electrode completely attached to the target tissue from the multiple ablation electrodes according to the detected attaching degree.
