High permeability textured belt

The present invention relates to an industrial fabric for producing a textured product, where the industrial fabric has a first layer (e.g., a woven base fabric) and a second layer (e.g., a film) extending over a top surface of at least a portion of the first layer. The second layer has large pores and micro pores.
