Zusammenfassung:	[Problem] To allow the rotational position of a seat cushion of a vehicle seat device to be manually adjusted by an occupant of the seat device. [Solution] A vehicle seat device (1) has a rotating device (2) provided between a floor (5) and a seat cushion (11) so as to rotatably support the seat cushion with respect to the floor. The rotating device is provided with: a base part (51) provided on the floor; a rotatable part (52) provided on the seat cushion and rotatably supported by the base part; an electric actuator (53) for rotating the rotatable part with respect to the base part; and a rotation locking device (54) for selectively preventing rotation of the rotatable portion relative to the base portion. The rotary locking device is configured to be manually switched between a locked state and a released state.
