A hole injection layer comprises a plurality of organic hole injection steps and a plurality of inorganic hole injection steps which are alternately arranged in an evaporation mode, and mixed hole injection steps are arranged between the adjacent organic hole injection steps and inorganic hole injection steps in an evaporation mode. The efficiency of the organic light-emitting device can be obviously improved by about 20%, and the service life of the organic light-emitting device can be prolonged by about 50%.
