Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an intelligent design method for an LTCC filter, and relates to the technical field of communication, and the method comprises the steps: setting a first physical parameter of an inductor, carrying out the modeling of the inductor, and outputting an S parameter; obtaining a Y parameter according to the S parameter; fitting the Y parameter to obtain a first electrical parameter; respectively training the constructed first, second and third deep neural network models by taking the first physical parameter and the first electrical parameter as a training set to obtain the trained first, second and third deep neural network models; respectively inputting the second physical parameter into the trained first, second and third deep neural network models, and outputting a second electrical parameter; and performing filter design based on the second electrical parameter.
