The method comprises the following steps: acquiring design parameters and strip block division parameters of an anchorage; the design parameters comprise size data of the anchorage; the strip block division parameters comprise the number of strip block bodies for dividing the anchorage; calculating the self-weight stress of the anchorage on the basis of strip block division parameters and the design parameters to obtain self-weight stress data of the anchorage; the self-weight stress data comprises self-weight stress parameters of all the strip block bodies.
