The cross-operating-system file migration method comprises the steps that a storage path of an original system where a to-be-migrated file is located and a storage path of a target system are obtained; determining feature information of the target system according to a physical drive corresponding to the storage path of the target system; and carrying out migration operation on the to-be-migrated file according to the feature information of the target system, wherein the migration operation comprises copying the to-be-migrated file to a storage path of the target system, modifying a file name of the to-be-migrated file and/or modifying the capacity of the to-be-migrated file.
