Zusammenfassung:The invention provides electronic paper and a manufacturing method thereof, a display module and a display device, and the electronic paper can reduce the emergent angle of reflected light when applied to the display device so as to improve the optical index of the display device. The electronic paper comprises an electrophoresis layer, and a first refractive index adjusting layer and a second refractive index adjusting layer which are arranged on the electrophoresis layer, wherein the electrophoresis layer is used for displaying under the driving of an electric field. The first refractive index adjusting layer is close to the electrophoresis layer relative to the second refractive index adjusting layer; the second refractive index adjusting layer is in contact with the first refractive index adjusting layer, and the refractive index of the second refractive index adjusting layer is greater than that of the first refractive index adjusting layer, so that when the electronic paper is applied to the display dev
