Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a differential pressure precooling control method and device and refrigeration equipment. The method comprises the steps that after precooling is started, a first threshold value delta T1 and a second threshold value delta T2 are determined according to the total weight, the initial temperature and the precooling final temperature of precooled fruits and vegetables; wherein delta T1 is greater than delta T2; the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the differential pressure fan is detected; when the delta T is smaller than the delta T1, the frequency of the differential pressure fan is reduced; wherein the delta T1 is used for representing that pre-cooling completes a first process; when the delta T is smaller than the delta T2, the differential pressure fan is controlled to stop; wherein the delta T2 is used for representing that all processes of precooling are completed.
