Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of hydraulic transmission, and discloses torque conversion equipment and engineering machinery, the torque conversion equipment comprises a hydraulic torque converter and a torsion damper, the hydraulic torque converter comprises a cover wheel assembly and an output shaft, the cover wheel assembly is in transmission connection with the output shaft, and the cover wheel assembly is provided with a lubricating hole; the torsion damper comprises an input flange, the input flange is in meshing transmission connection with the cover wheel assembly, and the lubricating hole is located in one side of the meshing position of the input flange and the cover wheel assembly and used for spraying hydraulic oil to the meshing position of the input flange and the cover wheel assembly. Power is transmitted to the hydraulic torque converter through the torsion damper, torsion vibration is weakened, hydraulic oil is sprayed to the meshing position of the input flange and the cover w
