The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out oxidation, sensitization, activation, sex loading and hydrophilic polymer treatment on original CNTs in sequence, so that the CNTs are functionalized, and hydrophilic and magnetic nanoparticles are attached to the surfaces of the CNTs; and dispersing the obtained modified CNTs in polystyrene mother liquor, preparing into a film shape, stacking layer by layer, packaging in a graphite mold, and carrying out hot pressed sintering to obtain the CNTs/Cu composite material.
