Indirect refrigeration and heat management system

An indirect refrigeration and heat management system (100, 200, 300, 400) according to the present invention is provided with: a refrigerant circuit through which a refrigerant flows; cooling liquid flows through the cooling liquid loop; a refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger (14) that is connected between the refrigerant circuit and the coolant circuit and that exchanges heat between the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant circuit and the coolant flowing through the coolant circuit; and an auxiliary heat exchanger (16) that is connected in series with the refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger (14) and that performs auxiliary heat exchange between the refrigerant and the coolant. 本发明所涉及的间接式制冷热管理系统(100、200、300、400)具有：制冷剂回路，该制冷剂回路中流过制冷剂；冷却液回路，该冷却液回路中流过冷却液；制冷剂-冷却液热交换器(14)，该制冷剂-冷却液热交换器(14)连接在制冷剂回路与冷却液回路之间，对制冷剂回路中流过的制冷剂与冷却液回路中流过的冷却液进行热交换；以及辅助热交换器(16)，该辅助热交换器(16)与制冷剂-冷却液热交换器(14)串联连接，且对制冷剂与冷却液进行辅助热交换。
