Modular filter media arrangement

A filter element includes a frame and a media pack coupled to the frame. The frame includes a base, a plurality of receptacles extending on the base, and a keyway disposed between two of the plurality of receptacles. The keyway is configured to facilitate alignment between the filter element and the filter housing.
