The method mainly comprises the following steps: adding butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) into a precursor solution in the process of preparing the methylamine lead iodide perovskite thin film to assist 95% RH humidity treatment, thereby reducing the threshold value and loss in the process of preparing the methylamine lead iodide perovskite thin film, and improving the gain; the purpose of improving the amplified spontaneous emission performance of the methylamine lead iodine (MAPbI3) perovskite thin film by using a simple method is achieved.
