The method comprises the following steps: predicting historical wind and light data to obtain wind and light data of a future set time scale; based on the electrolytic cell hydrogen production efficiency model, the fuel cell power generation efficiency model, the micro-grid model and the wind and light data of the future set duration, a pre-constructed multi-objective function is solved, and the optimal output power of each generator set in the micro-grid is obtained; based on the optimal output power of each generator set in the micro-grid, optimizing the long-term capacity of the micro-grid; the capacity of the micro-grid is optimized for a long time, accurate capacity configuration is achieved, a power grid system can store and convert energy more effectively, redundant electric energy is converted into hydrogen energy to be stored, or the stored hydrogen energy is re
