The optical fiber laser comprises a pumping source, a seed source, a multi-stage amplifier and a diaphragm beam splitting unit, the diaphragm beam splitting unit is arranged on a light emitting path of the pumping source and is used for carrying out at least one time of beam splitting on pumping light emitted by the pumping source so as to form a plurality of pumping sub-beams; the plurality of pumping sub-beams respectively enter corresponding stages of amplifiers in the multi-stage amplifier according to the light energy sequence from weak to strong; light emitted by the seed source sequentially enters the corresponding-stage amplifiers in the multi-stage amplifier, and enters the corresponding-stage amplifier of the next stage after being combined and amplified with the corresponding pumping sub light beams in each corresponding-stage amplifier.
