Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an external parameter calibration method of a multi-view visual inspection system, and belongs to the technical field of visual inspection. According to the invention, the problem that the realization of the high-precision external parameter calibration method for the multi-view visual inspection system with low or no common view field needs to depend on a three-dimensional target with high manufacturing precision is solved. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, respectively selecting a plane target for each camera according to the working distance of each camera in a multi-view visual inspection system, and rigidly combining the selected plane targets into a three-dimensional target; 2, exciting the plane target from each degree-of-freedom direction, and collecting images by using each camera in the multi-view visual inspection system; 3, for each image meeting the integrity condition in each group of images, respectively resolving the pose of the plane target relative to th
