The method comprises the steps that physical and mechanical parameters of a plurality of rock stratums in a roadway excavation engineering area are obtained; randomly selecting one rock stratum from the plurality of rock stratums as a reference rock stratum, and acquiring first stress tensor data of the reference rock stratum; according to the first stress tensor data and the physical and mechanical parameters, second stress tensor data of target rock stratums except the reference rock stratum in the multiple rock stratums are obtained through calculation; establishing a layered surrounding rock roadway model according to the physical and mechanical parameters; stress tensor is applied to the layered surrounding rock roadway model according to the first stress tensor data and the second stress tensor data, and an initial stress field is constructed; and performing a roadway cyclic excavation sim
