Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and discloses a method for evaluating the efficacy of a drug based on a scanning electron microscope targeting cell membrane, which comprises the following steps: step 1, providing a target cell; 2, providing a target drug, and enabling the target drug to interact with the target cells; 3, preparing a cell sample containing the target cells; and 4, detecting the cell sample prepared in the step 3 by using a scanning electron microscope device to obtain geometric shape change information of the cell membrane. According to the method disclosed by the invention, membrane tube changes of cells which are not subjected to drug treatment and cells which are subjected to drug treatment are represented by using a scanning electron microscope, a relation between a drug effect and a membrane tube is established, and evaluation on the drug effect of the drug is realized.
