The self-adaptive sealing plug comprises a fixing rod and a sealing head, the bottom end of the fixing rod is used for being fixedly connected with a fixing component (such as a wall and a fixing frame), the other end of the fixing rod is in sliding connection with the sealing head, and the end face, in sliding connection with the sealing head, of the fixing rod is a fixed end face. The fixed end surface is in a convex hemispherical surface shape; the end face, slidably connected with the fixing rod, of the sealing head is a sealing end face, and the sealing end face is provided with an inner groove corresponding to the fixing end face.
