The signal acquisition device is used for acquiring weather temperature of the position of the target building; the control device is used for generating a control strategy for controlling the switching device according to the weather temperature; the control device is used for controlling the switching device to switch connection modes according to the switching strategy, and the connection modes comprise the mode that the water supply pipeline is connected with the first pipeline and the water retu
