Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a composite point absorption type wave energy power generation device which comprises an air turbine type power generation assembly floating on the water surface and a contra-rotating type power generation assembly located underwater. The air turbine type power generation assembly and the contra-rotating type power generation assembly are connected through a connecting rod and generate electric energy by absorbing wave energy. The air turbine type power generation assembly comprises a floating body with a turbine cavity and a turbine generator set arranged in the turbine cavity. When the air turbine type power generation assembly does heaving motion, airflow generated by the air pressure difference of the two ends of the turbine cavity drives the turbine generator set to rotate to generate power. The contra-rotating power generation assembly comprises a forward generator set and a reverse generator set which are coaxially arranged and are opposite in rotating direction; when the contra
