The nickel-based wear-resistant high-temperature alloy with the carbon content of 1.8-2.2% (mass fraction) is calculated, a reasonable charging sequence is designed, and the method comprises the following specific steps: calculating the components of the alloy; and a smelting process is designed according to the calculation result, and alloy smelting is carried out, including a charging period, a smelting period, a refining period, an alloying period and a pouring period.
