Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a garlic variety identification method based on primers and SRAP molecular markers and a DNA extraction device, and relates to the technical field of molecular biology, and 22 pairs of SRAP molecular marker primers can be used for identifying different garlic varieties. The identification method comprises the following five steps: collecting and cultivating garlic resources, extracting DNA, establishing a PCR amplification system, screening core primers, and establishing a fingerprint spectrum.
