The photovoltaic adhesive film is composed of an upper layer adhesive film with a light conversion function and a lower layer adhesive film with a high reflection layer function, the upper layer adhesive film is prepared by adding a light conversion agent into matrix resin, the lower layer adhesive film is prepared by adding a titanium dioxide pigment into the matrix resin, the upper layer adhesive film can convert ultraviolet light with the wavelength of 200-380 nm into a long wave band with the wavelength of 380-800 nm, and the lower layer adhesive film can convert ultraviolet light with the wavelength of 200-380 nm into a long wave band with the wavelength of 380-800 nm.
