The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out amino-alkene addition reaction on methyl allyl tri-n-butyltin and an amino di (methylene phosphate)/Ag complex to form a corresponding addition product, carrying out sulfydryl-alkene addition reaction on the addition product and sulfydryl graphene, and finally, carrying out amino-sulfydryl addition reaction to obtain the silver/tin composite hybrid graphene material.
