Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a halogen-free flame-retardant ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) composite material, which is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 26 to 50 parts of ABS resin, 25 to 35 parts of PLA (Polylactic Acid) resin, 5 to 12 parts of compatilizer, 5 to 12 parts of flexibilizer, 6 to 15 parts of phosphorus flame retardant and 2 to 5 parts of nitrogen flame retardant. The ABS resin and the PLA resin are used as resin matrixes for alloying design and development, the compatibility of an alloy system is solved through the compatilizer, the performance defect caused by the polarity difference of the resin is overcome, meanwhile, the flexibilizer is added, the mechanical performance of the alloy material is greatly improved, meanwhile, the halogen-free flame retardant performance is developed, and the alloy material is suitable for industrial production.
