The high-temperature-resistant and acid-resistant silicon-phosphorus hybrid resin has a structure as shown in a formula 1, a coating prepared from the high-temperature-resistant and acid-resistant silicon-phosphorus hybrid resin is used in acid mist at 400 DEG C for a long time, and the coating is free of blistering, pulverization and falling off and good in adhesive force, so that the high-temperature-resistant and acid-resistant silicon-phosphorus hybrid resin can be widely applied to corrosion prevention of high-temperature acid mist flue gas in industries such as petrifaction, coal chemical industry and metal smelting. 本发明涉及一种硅磷杂化树脂及其制备方法、耐高温耐酸涂料及其制备方法，属于涂料技术领域。本发明的耐高温耐酸硅磷杂化树脂具有式1所示的结构，采用本发明耐高温耐酸硅磷杂化树脂制得的涂料在400℃的酸雾中长期使用，涂层不起泡、不粉化、不脱落、附着力好，故而可广泛用于石化、煤化工、金属冶炼等行业的高温酸雾烟道气的防腐。
