One path of the high-pressure oil source is connected with an inlet of the two-position two-way electromagnetic valve, an outlet of the two-position two-way electromagnetic valve is connected with an inlet of the proportional valve, an outlet of the proportional valve is connected with a first inlet of the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve, and an outlet of the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve is used for being connected with a brake end.
