The invention discloses a method, device and system for controlling working noise of a compressor. The target rotating speed of the electric compressor is determined based on the environment temperature outside a vehicle; judging whether the target rotating speed is in a limited rotating speed interval of electromagnetic noise of the electric compressor or not; if not, controlling the electric compressor to work according to the target rotating speed; if yes, whether the actual vehicle speed is larger than or equal to the target vehicle speed or not is judged, and the target vehicle speed is the vehicle speed when electromagnetic noise generated by an electric compressor is covered or ignored due to noise caused by vehicle running; if the actual vehicle speed is larger than or equal to the target vehicle speed, an electric compressor is controlled to work according to the target rotating speed; and if the actual vehicle speed is smaller than the target vehicle speed, the rotating speed of an electric compress
