Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a synchronous impurity removal and purification process by a phosphogypsum flotation method, which comprises the following steps of: carrying out size mixing on phosphogypsum, sequentially adding a decolorizing agent and a collecting agent, and carrying out first-stage reverse flotation operation to obtain rough concentrate and a foam product I; the obtained rough concentrate is mixed with the decolorizing agent and the collecting agent again, second-stage flotation operation is conducted, and final concentrate and a foam product II are obtained; performing blank scavenging operation I on the foam product II to obtain a final tailing foam product III and middling I; and the middlings I are returned to the first-stage reverse flotation operation to form a closed cycle.
