Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of high-activity catalysts, in particular to a Cu catalyst for acetylene hydrochlorination reaction. A compound containing pyrrolidone and phosphine oxide (P = O) is obtained through a phosphorylation reaction, the compound serves as a ligand and is mixed with a copper salt component, the mixture is loaded on an activated carbon carrier through an impregnation method, and the Cu catalyst is prepared. The catalyst is used for a reaction for preparing vinyl chloride through acetylene hydrochlorination, inactivation of the catalyst is effectively avoided, and high activity and high stability of the catalyst are achieved. 本发明涉及高活性催化剂制备技术领域,具体是一种用于乙炔氢氯化反应的Cu催化剂;该发明通过膦酰化反应,得到含有吡咯烷酮、氧膦(P=O)的化合物,使其作为配体,并与铜盐组份混合,采用浸渍法负载于活性炭载体上,制得Cu催化剂。该催化剂用于乙炔氢氯化制氯乙烯反应,有效地避免催化剂的失活,实现了催化剂的高活性和高稳定性。
