The invention relates to the technical field of flue gas and wastewater treatment, and discloses a method for cooperatively treating flue gas and wastewater by utilizing microalgae. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out expanding culture on microalgae to obtain expanded cultured microalgae; (2) under the condition of illumination, enabling the microalgae subjected to expanding culture to be in contact with flue gas and wastewater, and carrying out carbon sequestration culture; the microalgae is scenedesmus; the content of CO2 in the flue gas is 10-15% by volume; the wastewater contains an element N, an element P and an element K, and the pH value of the wastewater is 7-8.5.
