The embodiment of the invention provides an assembly-based sampling point adaptive compensation method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a pixel statistical range of a current coding unit; under the condition that the pixel column number of the pixel statistical range is not an integral multiple of a preset numerical value, repeated pixel points are determined in the pixel rows of the pixel statistical range, the new pixel column number is an integral multiple of the preset numerical value, the adjusted pixel statistical range is obtained, and the preset numerical value can be exactly divided by the byte number of a register used during assembly processing; and storing the pixel value of the adjusted pixel statistical range into a register for mode decision of sampling point adaptive compensation and calculation of a compensation value. According to the scheme, the number of the pixel columns used in the pixel statistical range can be adjusted to b
