Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a ring oscillator clock signal generation circuit. The circuit comprises a resistor module, a first capacitor, a first phase inverter, a second phase inverter and a third phase inverter which are electrically connected in sequence and form a loop. A first pole plate of the second capacitor is grounded, and a second pole plate of the second capacitor is electrically connected between the resistor module and the first capacitor; the input end of the fourth phase inverter is electrically connected with the input end of the first phase inverter, and the output end of the fourth phase inverter is electrically connected with the clock signal output end of the ring oscillator clock signal generation circuit; the arithmetic unit is electrically connected between the first pole plate of the first capacitor and the input end of the fourth phase inverter; the arithmetic unit is a fifth phase inverter or a comparator; the ring oscillator clock signal generation circuit formed by the above compone
