The method comprises the following steps: erecting a plurality of video acquisition devices on a beach, acquiring video images of a flushing zone and a seepage surface of the beach at multiple visual angles, and homogenizing the video images; inputting the video image subjected to the time-averaging processing into a trained deep learning model, and outputting a segmentation result of the video image of the flushing zone and the seepage surface of the beach; and performing coordinate transformation on a video image segmentation result through a coordinate transformation model, and fusing multiple views.
