The invention provides a cargo monitoring management method and system in transportation based on digital twinning. The digital twinning-based cargo monitoring and management method in transportation comprises the following steps: arranging a sensor group in a warehouse, and collecting environmental data information in the warehouse by using sensors; creating a virtual 3D model corresponding to the warehouse by using a data twinning mode, and displaying the virtual 3D model; and monitoring whether the warehouse environment information meets the environment requirement in real time, and giving an alarm when the warehouse environment information does not meet the environment requirement.
