Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of radiation heat transfer, in particular to a broadband infrared radiation omni-directional controller and a design method thereof. The upper layer and the lower layer of the control layer are respectively made of a high-emissivity material and a low-emissivity material to form a specific structure, so that the high emissivity is expressed only in a visual area of which the center is positioned around a plane normal, and the low emissivity is expressed outside the visual area, and therefore, the omnibearing directional control of infrared radiation is realized. The method is suitable for the plane size and height gt of the hollow area; the wavelength range of incident waves is 10 times, and the device can be applied to infrared camouflage; compared with existing one-dimensional infrared radiation directional control, the omni-directional infrared directional controller can achieve higher heat transfer efficiency in the radiation heat transfer field, can achieve omni-directi
