Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a production method of forged round steel for nuclear power bolts. The production method comprises the steps of converter smelting, LF refining, VD vacuum degassing, continuous casting, heating of a casting blank heating furnace and round steel forging. The round steel comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 0.37%-0.44% of C, 0.15%-0.35% of Si, 0.60%-0.95% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.020% of P, less than or equal to 0.020% of S, 0.65%-0.95% of Cr, 0.20%-0.30% of Mo, 1.55%-2.00% of Ni and the balance of Fe and inevitable trace impurities, and the total mass fraction is 100%.
