Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an application of lncRNA NEAT1 in diagnosis and treatment of sepsis vascular endothelial injury. The reagent or the kit for diagnosing the sepsis vascular endothelial injury, disclosed by the invention, comprises primer sequences as shown in SEQ ID NO.22, SEQ ID NO.23, SEQ ID NO.24 and SEQ ID NO.25. The invention also discloses a kit for diagnosing the sepsis vascular endothelial injury. By detecting the expression level of the lncRNA NEAT1, the risk of the sepsis vascular endothelial injury of a subject is evaluated, and an auxiliary reference is provided for diagnosis of the sepsis vascular endothelial injury; by interfering the expression of the lncRNA NEAT1, a molecular target can be provided for the treatment of the sepsis vascular endothelial injury. Not only is transcriptome data of sepsis vascular endothelial injury enriched, but also a new perspective is provided for deeply exploring the expression regulation effect and the action mechanism of sepsis vascular endothelial injury
