Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high CTI (comparative tracking index) polyphenylene sulfide composition prepared on the basis of multi-dimensional formula design and a preparation method and application thereof. The high CTI polyphenylene sulfide composition is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 10.5-89.96% of PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) resin; 10 to 50 percent of glass fiber; the filling mineral accounts for 0.01-30%, the hydroxyl gallium oxide accounts for 0.01-5%, and the silane modified epoxy resin accounts for 0.01-1.5%; and 0.01-3% of a stabilizing agent. The invention has the following beneficial effects: the special benzene ring structure of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) endows the PPS with excellent high-temperature charring performance, but PPS generates a large amount of heat under the action of charges, and carbonization short circuit results in low tracking index (CTI) of the PPS material.
