Polypeptide specifically bound with pendimethalin antibody and application thereof

The invention discloses a phage display polypeptide capable of being specifically combined with a pendimethalin monoclonal antibody, and an application of the polypeptide in pendimethalin immunodetection. According to the invention, two bacteriophage polypeptides capable of being specifically combined with the pendimethalin monoclonal antibody are screened out from a bacteriophage random display polypeptide library. A competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method can be established by using the obtained polypeptide and pendimethalin monoclonal antibody, and the semi-inhibitory concentration of the method can reach 3.77 ng/mL through optimization. The polypeptide can be prepared into a polypeptide without a phage carrier through a solid-phase synthesis technology, and an immunochromatographic analysis method can be established with a pendimethalin monoclonal antibody.
