Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for realizing deuterated methylation of cysteine-containing polypeptide based on a micro-flow field reaction technology, which comprises the following steps of: reacting a homogeneous solution containing a cysteine-containing polypeptide compound as shown in a formula 1, a deuterated methylation reagent as shown in a formula 2, an alkali additive and a solvent in a micro-flow field reaction device; the cysteine polypeptide deuterated methylation modified product as shown in the formula 3 is obtained.
