Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a synthesis process of acetyl dipeptide-1 cetyl ester, which belongs to the field of biological peptide synthesis, and comprises the following steps: firstly, synthesizing an intermediate arginine cetyl ester tosilate by taking arginine as a raw material, and then reacting with acetyl tyrosine to synthesize the acetyl dipeptide-1 cetyl ester; according to the method, the acetyl dipeptide-1 cetyl ester is successfully synthesized in two steps by adopting arginine and tyrosine with unprotected side chains, so that the production cost is greatly reduced, and the acetyl dipeptide-1 cetyl ester can be efficiently prepared under simple and convenient conditions. The purity of the acetyl dipeptide-1 cetyl ester synthesized by the process disclosed by the invention is more than 98%. 本发明涉及乙酰基二肽-1鲸蜡酯的合成工艺,属于生物肽合成领域,其首先以精氨酸为原料合成中间体精氨酸鲸蜡酯对甲苯磺酸盐,然后再与乙酰酪氨酸反应合成乙酰基二肽-1鲸蜡酯;本发明采用侧链不加以保护的精氨酸、酪氨酸,两步成功合成乙酰基二肽-1鲸蜡酯,大大降低了生产成本,能够以简便的条件来高效制备乙酰基二肽-1鲸蜡酯。通过本发明的工艺合成的乙酰基二肽-1鲸蜡酯的纯度达98%以上。
