The 1-substituent-5-amino-4-pyrazole acylhydrazone compound is characterized in that the structural formula of the 1-substituent-5-amino-4-pyrazole acylhydrazone compound is as follows: # imgabs0 #, wherein R1 is phenyl or tertiary butyl; and R2 is phenyl or substituted phenyl. According to the invention, a series of 1-substituent-5-amino-4-pyrazole acylhydrazone compounds are designed and synthesized, and the in vivo experiment of the compounds shows that the compounds have good treatment, protection and passivation activity on virus diseases caused by tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). And compared with other similar compounds, the compound shows better therapeutic activity.
