Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a room-temperature-phase pyroelectric material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of pyroelectric materials, the chemical formula of the room-temperature-phase pyroelectric material is C4H14N2OPbCl4, and the room-temperature-phase pyroelectric material is prepared by the following steps: stirring and cooling 2-dimethylaminoethylamine in an ice-water bath, then dropwise adding a hydrogen peroxide solution into the 2-dimethylaminoethylamine, and stirring for reaction; after the reaction is finished, carrying out vacuum drying on the obtained reaction liquid to obtain a nitrogen oxide of 2-dimethylaminoethylamine; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding nitrogen oxide of 2-dimethylaminoethylamine and lead chloride into a concentrated hydrochloric acid solution, heating in an oil bath, and stirring for reaction to obtain the pyroelectric material.
