Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a fly ash and sludge high-temperature sintering building material utilization process which comprises the following steps: S1, mixing fly ash and sludge, adding auxiliary materials, and granulating; s2, drying after granulation, and controlling the water content; s3, then preheating is conducted; s4, the preheated materials enter a hearth to be heated, and the materials are gathered to form a sintered body; s5, cooling and separating a sintered body; s6, after secondary separation, sintering the solid at high temperature; s7, cooling and crushing; and S8, the flue gas after secondary separation is cooled and coagulated into salt, the salt is refined, and the flue gas which is not settled is discharged after reaching the standard after being subjected to dust removal, desulfurization and denitration. The fly ash, the sludge and the smelted secondary aluminum ash jointly act, and the prepared sintered body is high in activity index and meets the standard of a cement active material S75.
