Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a desulfurization wastewater advanced treatment method and a process device. The process device comprises a wastewater buffer tank, a wastewater pump, a low-temperature flue gas waste heat utilization unit, a tail gas vacuum pump, a triple-effect evaporation system, a drying tower and a dust remover, the low-temperature flue gas waste heat utilization unit comprises a flue heat exchanger and a steam generator, and wastewater is collected to a desulfurization wastewater buffer tank and conveyed to a triple-effect evaporation system through a wastewater pump; heat source steam of the triple-effect evaporation system comes from a low-temperature flue gas waste heat utilization unit, heat is exchanged through a flue heat exchanger to serve as a heat source, medium demineralized water in the flue heat exchanger is heated, steam is generated in a steam generator, and then the steam is sent to the triple-effect evaporation system for heat supply. And dust and water vapor generated after the co
