Comprising the following steps that 1, 0.8% of graphite powder, 1%-2% of chromium powder, 0.5%-1% of molybdenum powder, 0.2%-0.6% of rare earth oxide and iron-based powder with the balance being iron powder are put into a ball mill, and ball milling is conducted after vacuumizing; (2) quickly filling the ball-milled powder into a pressing mold for pressing to obtain a middle space ring green body; (3) the middle space ring green body is put into a heating furnace to be sintered and subjected to heat preservation and then cooled along with the furnace; (4) carrying out heat treatment and vacuum oil immersion on the sintered middle space ring, and then cooling along with a furnace; and (5) carrying out surface finishing treatment on the middle space ring.
