Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method and a system for high-efficiency granulation modification of titanium-rich material fine powder. The system comprises a granulation system with a high-speed shearing granulator, the drying subsystem is provided with a drying fluidized bed, a cyclone dust collector and a bag-type dust collector; and a consolidation subsystem having a cyclone preheater, a flue gas combustion chamber, a consolidation bed, a combustion heating chamber, and a cooler. The method comprises the following steps: feeding a titanium-rich material, high-titanium slag fine powder, a binder and water into a high-speed shearing granulator for granulation, feeding into a drying fluidized bed for drying treatment, feeding into a multi-stage cyclone preheater, carrying out heat exchange with flue gas subjected to combustion deoxidation to realize preheating, feeding into a consolidation bed, and consolidating to obtain a product.
